STAR Systems' personnel consists of the following core team:

Morris Jarvis, Founder
Morris Jarvis is Founder of STAR Systems and serves as Chief Executive Manager responsible for implementation of the Hermes spacecraft and its sub-systems. Morris is an aerospace engineer with interdisciplinary experience in electrical engineering and automotive and mechanical science. He has project engineer experience responsible for designing and building state of the art semi-conductor fabrication facilities. Of those his most notable achievement was oversight of a $120 million budget with management of contract engineers and field superintendents.
Mark Longanbach, Operations Engineer
Mark Longanbach serves as Chief Operations Manager responsible for the development of milestones and the company operations to achieve them. Mark is an aerospace engineer with project management and design experience in space transportation, rocket propulsion and life support systems, as well as industry experience as a spacecraft engineer responsible for managing nearly $1 billion in satellite assets. Mark is former Chairman of the Phoenix Section of the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) where he developed a broad range of experience in developing friendships with influential figures within the aerospace and defense industry.
Robert Camiano, Technology Engineer
Robert Camiano serves as Chief Technology Manager responsible for selection and integration of the technology comprising the Hermes spacecraft and its subsystems. Robert is an aerospace engineer with industry experience in trajectory analysis and mass properties analysis. He has served as pad chief in launch vehicle operations, as well as a lead mechanical designer of maneuvering target vehicles for Army interceptor and Earth penetrator programs.
Devon Chellevold, Propulsion Engineer
Devon Chellevold serves as propulsion engineer responsible for development of the Hermes rocket propulsion system. Devon holds advanced degrees in aerospace engineering and electrical engineering and has extensive experience in satellite development and rocket propulsion systems design. He has served as project engineer in numerous aerospace development projects, including NASA’s GLAST satellite which was launched to space on a Delta II launch vehicle in June 2008.
Rob Sears, Avionics / Business Development
Rob Sears serves as avionics engineer responsible for development of the Hermes remote cockpit system. Rob holds a degree in aerospace engineering with a concentration in astronautics and is proficient with a variety of computer programming languages and Linux systems. In addition to his engineering experience, Rob has a background in business communications and operations, and has developed numerous websites and applications.
